Cha.kruna
Collected in Fall 2022 Peru

This shrub comes to us from the dense Amazonian rain forest. It produces small fruits which transition from green-Orange-yellow-red in long dangling clusters. It flower throughout the year in right conditions. Much can be said about how this plant has come into popularity, namely in the shamanic realms. Cha.kruna is the bringer of visions, a powerful Master Plant along with their counterpart Kaapi.

As a flower essence, Cha.kruna has an affinity for unlocking our inner visionary capacity through joyful and fearless self expression. Happily sharing our ideas, our voice, our art. This plant can help one to open up their perception to their own innate ability to dream and imagine new ways of creating. How can one more fully express what is in their hearts? Where are the blockages that prevent this beautiful unfolding of the self? Cha.kruna is a powerful plant that helps us connect with our inner light. An essence of self- exploration, illumination, and expression.

*Essences are a way to work with these potent visionary plants in integratabtle, sustainable, and more gentle ways. These ceremonial experiences can really lead us into confusion when they aren’t guided appropriately. Flower Essences however are SAFE and for me, amazingly effective. They are solely energetic in nature. NO PHYSICAL CONSTITUENTS. I have an immense amount of respect for what we call Master Plants: plants that contain constituents that can take us on visionary journeys and give us profound healing experiences. I do not take this lightly, that I am able to offer this essence (and many others), and I do believe it is a great privilege for me to be able to share it with a wider community. With that being said, with all the Master Plant Essences, I will be donating a portion of what I make to our teachers in Peru where these essences are collected and where we have grown our relationships to healers, the actual plants, and living traditions that carry them in an integral and traditional way.

Working with Flower Essences is a call for personal ritual. Create a time of intentional interaction with these Essences. For example, try to curate your schedule to where you can have a moment of stillness to invite the essences into your body. It’s best to not be dropping these emotional allies into your mouth while running out of the door, watching tv, tackling your to-do list. Instead, try to take even just 5-10 minutes to really be with the essence in stillness. Having a journal to log what comes up for you can be really helpful. Taking flower essences right before bed invites the flowers to communicate through dreams, so track your nighttime adventures in your journal too. Taking a flower essence with the intention of being creative can be really revealing as well!

Dosage recommendation is 4 drops 4 x / day, or how ever you feel fitting for your situation. 

Remember, these are emotional and energetic medicines (essences) and are in no way meant to replace professional medical or psychological aid. 
You can put the drops directly into your mouth or into water and drink. 
Essences can also be absorbed through the skin, so you can add them to a bath, on your wrist, on in a fragrance mist.

We do not touch the flowers when we are making the essences, so you are getting purely the essence of the flowers.
Remember, these are NOT fragrance oils or extractions. This is a DILUTED ESSENCE, there are absolutely NO active alkaloids present. This is not any sort of "micro dilution" either.
