Coffee is known the world over for its incredible stimulating qualities. This beautiful shrub is endemic to Ethiopia and thrives in cool, humid climates at a high elevation. It produces beautiful red drupes that are eventually cleaned and roasted to produce your favorite morning beverage! I became curious about its essence and was able to collect it for myself.

I have found that Coffee flower essence can help someone who is stuck in unhealthy patterns, be it mental or emotional. This essence can inspire one to release long held beliefs of attachments, liberating the mind from unnecessary suffering. With this, Coffee flower essence can be helpful for focusing on what is truly important by allowing the
mind to release distractions.

Working with Flower Essences is a call for personal ritual. Create a time of intentional interaction with these Essences. For example, try to curate your schedule to where you can have a moment of stillness to invite the essences into your body. It’s best to not be dropping these emotional allies into your mouth while running out of the door, watching tv, tackling your to-do list. Instead, try to take even just 5-10 minutes to really be with the essence in stillness. Having a journal to log what comes up for you can be really helpful. Taking flower essences right before bed invites the flowers to communicate through dreams, so track your nighttime adventures in your journal too. Taking a flower essence with the intention of being creative can be really revealing as well!

Dosage recommendation is 4 drops 4 x / day, or how ever you feel fitting for your situation.
