This precious and powerful plant is responsible for helping to sustain massive populations that are the source of various glorious civilizations in South America for thousands of years. The plant itself is one of nourishment, strength, and communication. The Koka Flower Essence works similarly in our etheric and emotional fields. This Essence shows us where we are lacking confidence and what is needed in order to achieve sure-footedness on our path. Think: stamina of self & spirit. This Essence also helps us to communicate more effectively, directly, and fluently. Say what you mean, and mean what you say! Something unique here is also how this flower can connect us to the endurance of the feminine, as this plant’s mythology tells us she is “the Daughter of the Sun”, gifted to her people by Creator to help them survive. Koka Flower Essence can assist in integration into a community with confidence, unafraid to be who we are and share our thoughts and feelings.

This essence was lovingly collected in the way south. It is important to note here, that this plant is meant to be in its entire form, not extracted into alkaloids for nefarious intentions. We whole heartedly defend the sacred purpose of this plant in relation to its native culture, and uphold the lineages which gifted this plant ally to us. We do not condone any other uses of this plant other than how our indigenous elders have shared it with us; that is… in sacred reciprocity, giving us strength, opening the channels of communication, and bringing us into right relationship to life.

*Essences are a way to work with these potent visionary plants in integratabtle, sustainable, and more gentle ways. These ceremonial experiences can really lead us into confusion when they aren’t guided appropriately. Flower Essences however are SAFE and for me, amazingly effective. I have an immense amount of respect for what we call Master Plants: plants that contain constituents that can take us on visionary journeys and give us profound healing experiences. I do not take this lightly, that I am able to offer this essence (and many others), and I do believe it is a great privilege for me to be able to share it with a wider community. With that being said, with all the Master Plant Essences, I will be donating a portion of what I make to our teachers in Peru where these essences are collected and where we have grown our relationships to healers, the actual plants, and living traditions that carry them in an integral and traditional way.

Working with Flower Essences is a call for personal ritual. Create a time of intentional interaction with these Essences. For example, try to curate your schedule to where you can have a moment of stillness to invite the essences into your body. It’s best to not be dropping these emotional allies into your mouth while running out of the door, watching tv, tackling your to-do list. Instead, try to take even just 5-10 minutes to really be with the essence in stillness. Having a journal to log what comes up for you can be really helpful. Taking flower essences right before bed invites the flowers to communicate through dreams, so track your nighttime adventures in your journal too. Taking a flower essence with the intention of being creative can be really revealing as well!

Dosage recommendation is 4 drops 4 x / day, or how ever you feel fitting for your situation. 

Remember, these are emotional and energetic medicines (essences) and are in no way meant to replace professional medical or psychological aid. 
You can put the drops directly into your mouth or into water and drink. 
Essences can also be absorbed through the skin, so you can add them to a bath, on your wrist, on in a fragrance mist.

We do not touch the flowers when we are making the essences, so you are getting purely the essence of the flowers.
Remember, these are NOT fragrance oils or extractions. This is a DILUTED ESSENCE, there are absolutely NO active alkaloids present. This is not any sort of "micro dilution" either.
