D.atura has a rich history across the world as a visionary plant medicine. Its alkaloids are numerous and like many plants in the solenaceae family, it is p o i s o n o u s when ingested in certain quantities. This essence is immensely diluted and meant to connect you with the plants energetic signature in a subtle way. There are NO active constituents of any kind in this essence.
 D.atura is often confused with B.rugmania, but they are very different plants (although related).
D.atura metel flower essence takes us to the underworld, meaning the repressed/subconscious aspects of ourselves or our reality. A helpful essence for tapping in to a deeper perception. D.atura helps us to anchor into a meditative state to help process through big emotions that might not be easily tuned into in everyday life. It is also a strong ally for those that are facing massive upheaval, processing old traumas, clearing out toxic beliefs, or severing ties to negative aspects or people. This flower can really stimulate spiritual growth as it makes us more sensitive to the world around us.

Working with Flower Essences is a call for personal ritual. Create a time of intentional interaction with these Essences. For example, try to curate your schedule to where you can have a moment of stillness to invite the essences into your body. It’s best to not be dropping these emotional allies into your mouth while running out of the door, watching tv, tackling your to-do list. Instead, try to take even just 5-10 minutes to really be with the essence in stillness. Having a journal to log what comes up for you can be really helpful. Taking flower essences right before bed invites the flowers to communicate through dreams, so track your nighttime adventures in your journal too. Taking a flower essence with the intention of being creative can be really revealing as well!

Dosage recommendation is 4 drops 4 x / day, or how ever you feel fitting for your situation.
