T.obacco has a long history of use among many cultures throughout the world. It is a profound plant for spiritual stability. Before its unfortunate modern demonization, it was used (and still is in many places) for its medicinal and spiritual qualities. There are no active constituents of any kind in this essence. The flower essence of T.obacco has an amazing grounding energy to it, that calls us to find our center in the midst of daily life and even chaotic upheaval. Grounding us especially in times of distress. It not only can help us stay rooted, but also remind us of necessary inner discipline to see things into completion. T.obacco may inspire for some folks a renewed sense of determination. This floral ally inspires one to come into a sense of integrity within their body, speech, and mind. I've also found that this essence may help one get to their deep seeded father wounds, as there is a strong connection to the paternal line with t.obacco.

Working with Flower Essences is a call for personal ritual. Create a time of intentional interaction with these Essences. For example, try to curate your schedule to where you can have a moment of stillness to invite the essences into your body. It’s best to not be dropping these emotional allies into your mouth while running out of the door, watching tv, tackling your to-do list. Instead, try to take even just 5-10 minutes to really be with the essence in stillness. Having a journal to log what comes up for you can be really helpful. Taking flower essences right before bed invites the flowers to communicate through dreams, so track your nighttime adventures in your journal too. Taking a flower essence with the intention of being creative can be really revealing as well!

Dosage recommendation is 4 drops 4 x / day, or how ever you feel fitting for your situation.
